Editorial policy
United Venture Guide aims to make place-based enterprise easier to think about, with careful wording, clear distinctions and honest limits.
Accuracy and clarity
We check factual claims against suitable information before publication and distinguish explanation from opinion. Where a point is uncertain or context-dependent, we say so rather than presenting a guess as settled fact. We avoid claims about likely business results.
Independence and partnerships
Editorial decisions are made for reader value, not as a promise to a partner. Paid, sponsored or partner material is clearly labelled when it appears. A partnership does not guarantee editorial coverage, and editorial coverage is not a hidden advertisement.
Corrections and illustrations
If you spot a factual error, contact us with the relevant passage and what seems wrong. We review correction requests and update material when warranted, making significant corrections clear to readers. Some illustrations may be AI-generated and will be identified where used.
A venture should make sense where it stands
A good idea takes its shape from more than a product. Place, pace, available materials and the people passing through all matter.
